Or to be <em>really <\/em>safe, use plastic eggs for your Easter egg hunt instead of real ones.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][vc_icon icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-square-o&#8221; color=&#8221;black&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;5\/6&#8243;][vc_column_text]Coloring Easter eggs can be fun, but if you\u2019re planning to eat the eggs you dye, make sure you only use food-grade dyes.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/6&#8243;][vc_icon icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-square-o&#8221; color=&#8221;black&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;5\/6&#8243;][vc_column_text]When preparing hard-boiled eggs for an egg hunt, be on the lookout for cracks in the shells. Even tiny cracks can allow bacteria to contaminate the egg.
