Discover how to create a leadership style that empowers people to live out their passion and purpose. The Equipping Institute will present Becoming An Equipping Leader in Loveland, Colorado, this fall. Our unique training will help you make the shift from lone ranger to ministry multiplier.

In 2 1/2 days you’ll go through 10 high-impact workshops that will equip you to:

• Develop a clear understanding of the 6 behaviors that are the essence of equipping leaders

• Learn project management and facilitation skills

• Understand and practice Leadership Coaching for multiplying leaders

• Review a process to develop ministry connector systems

• Gain the important keys to empowering staff teams

Plus…. you’ll get a few days of R&R in the beautiful Rocky Mountains and support and encouragement from others who understand.  Follow-up consulting included!

LOCATION: Group Publishing in Loveland, Colorado

COST: Early bird rate (before September 12th) is only $299 for a single registration;  $229 for a team of two or more.  (After 9/12 registration increases to $349 and $279.) Your Institute training includes 10 modules, 3 lunches, 1 dinner, participant workbook, coffee breaks and lots of great snacks.  Plus you’ll get to meet our mascot, “Bruce the Moose”!
